At BTP, photo sessions are designed to be fun, easy, and stress-free, ensuring your images reflect the true essence of your family while leaving you with a heart full of joy!
During your session, we’ll capture not only the classic portraits that Grandma will love for her fridge but also the candid moments—the giggles, the tantrums, and everything in between. I’ll guide you through a few relaxed, natural poses, and we’ll play some games to keep things light and fun, making sure everyone’s smiles come naturally.
These sessions are for immediate family members only. If you'd like to include grandparents or extended family, back-to-back mini sessions may be arranged based on availability.
From the moment you book to the time you receive your final images, I’ll be there every step of the way. Whether you need help with scheduling, outfit choices, or assistance with your gallery and print orders, I’ll be here to guide you through the process!

A Little Personal Update + A Very Limited Holiday Season
If you’ve been around here for a while, you know my holiday minis are usually a little bit wild — the kind of beautiful chaos I genuinely love. Every year, I look forward to seeing so many of my favorite families and watching this little photography business turn into a holiday whirlwind. This season, though, things are going to look a little different for our family.
Since the beginning of January, we’ve been living in and out of the hospital while my husband, lovingly known to many of you as “Monster Mike,” has been dealing with some serious health issues. The health problems he originally faced back in 2019 have unfortunately returned — and this time, they’ve come back x10. We’re gearing up for even more surgeries in the coming weeks, and as if that weren’t enough, our home recently flooded, so we’re also navigating that giant mess while currently living in a hotel. Apparently our family needed a little extra plot development this year... to say life has been a little upside down would be an understatement!
Because of all of this, I’ve made the decision to keep my holiday mini schedule very limited this year. I’ll be honest — this was such a hard decision to make because these sessions, and the families who come through my little business, mean so much to me. But rather than stepping away completely for this season, I’m choosing to open a smaller number of sessions that I can truly give my heart and energy to, while still making sure I can be present for my family, too. If things settle down and life allows me to add more dates as we move through the season, I absolutely will. Custom mini sessions will not be offered this year.
Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and most of all, for continuing to love and support our family and this business. You’ve become so much more than clients to me over the years — you’re truly part of our extended family, and you mean the world to me. I wanted to share a little of what’s happening behind the scenes so you understand why this year looks a little different. I’m incredibly grateful that even in a season where our world feels completely upside down, I still get to make memories with the people who have become such a meaningful part of ours.
